White Oak is seeking a CulinaryManager to join our leadership team. Located in the heart of Downtown Atlanta, White Oak has long been a gathering place for locals, travelers, and event guests alike. We are looking for a culinary leader who can maintain the highest standards of kitchen execution, team development, and guest satisfaction. As Culinary Manager, you will work closely with our Culinary Director to deliver consistently exceptional cuisine, uphold our high culinary standards, and develop the next generation of kitchen talent. Key Responsibilities Lead Daily Kitchen Operations – Oversee prep, execution, and plating to ensure every dish meets White Oak’s standards. Team Development & Mentorship – Train, coach, and inspire our culinary team, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and pride in craft. Collaborate with Leadership – Collaborate closely with the management team, ensuring all products meet our high standards of taste and presentation. Financial Management – Manage ordering, inventory, and food cost controls to meet budget targets while minimizing waste. Safety & Compliance – Ensure the kitchen meets all health, safety, and sanitation standards. Culture & Communication – Build a collaborative, solutions-oriented kitchen culture that supports White Oak’s reputation as one of downtown Atlanta’s premier restaurants.
